I often stay in the Premier Deluxe Twin room, which offers access to a lovely lounge. Its convenient location, practically connected to the station exit, makes it close to the famous Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Street and Nakamuraya, famous for its croquettes. The staff at the front desk and other areas are very friendly, and the nearby amenity corner is well-stocked. While the room is compact, even on the Premier Floor, the bathroom and toilet are separate and functional. I also appreciated the complimentary tea, juice, and beer in the refrigerator. The only downside is that the window is a little unusual, and although I don't think it's likely, I was a little worried it might fall out. From the open second-floor lounge window, you can enjoy a view of the main street and intersection below, while leisurely enjoying a self-service selection of alcoholic beverages, juices, snacks, cheese, and baked goods. And... along with the lounge, I think breakfast is another highlight of this hotel. Starting with the morning steak, the menu offers a wide variety of elaborate and delicious dishes that go a step beyond the basic buffet, ensuring exceptional satisfaction. If you stay here, I think using the lounge and breakfast is a must. Despite that, there are many days when you can stay reasonably, especially on weekdays, so I really love this hotel.

Stayed in the Premier Queen Room which included free breakfast for the duration of our stay + lounge access in the evenings where they offered complimentary snacks and drinks. Minibar items were also free of charge! Location was nice, right next to Minamimorimachi Station (literally on the same intersection). The area is right beside Tenjinbashi shopping street which is a super long street market filled with shops and restaurants. Minamimorimachi station connected to both the Osaka Metro and the JR subway line which allowed us to get to Umeda, Dotonbori, Namba, and Shinsaibashi very easily. The room itself was smaller with respect to Western standards but very clean. With all the perks of the Premier room, it was definitely worth the added cost. I would definitely stay here if I’m in Osaka again.

The room was super clean! It's great value for money, but I always look for clean accommodations when I travel! That's the first thing I consider when traveling with kids. There's no mold in the bathroom, and the windowsills are spotless. The windows are very clean, but I've never seen such clean rooms. Hahaha. The service is super friendly!!! Amazing!👍👍👍 The location is a 15-minute walk from Umeda! Right next to the subway station! It's right outside the subway station! It's less than 100 meters away. It's within 15-20 minutes of Dotonbori without having to transfer. It's quiet and nice, away from the busy streets! There's a KOHYO supermarket right across the crosswalk. Marts are cheaper than convenience stores!
