We spent four nights at this hotel, which is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and bright, the food at both the buffet and à la carte options is decent, the pool area is pleasant, and the convenient jetty provides access to the Red Sea. The spa is also enjoyable. Overall, it's more in line with the standards of a 4-star European hotel. The staff is friendly.

Excellent service! Everything is clean and new, nothing is worn out. The dressing area in the room is small, but no problem. The bathroom is as big as a ballroom, with a huge, very thick bath towel. Nice, thick cushions on the loungers by the pool, with even more service – my lounger is set up by staff. I can find loungers all day long, and then I can always go to the beach. The service at the pool is excellent, as it is everywhere in the hotel! It's just a shame that most people don't even have a tip for the hardworking waiter. All the outdoor seating areas are clean and new. The food is a dream... In the mornings, no one has to queue at the coffee machine; the waiter takes care of me. In the beauty salon: PATHETIC! I can't find a price list or a list of what's offered. I ask about the hammam, but the clever salesman quotes me €230! Multiple sessions in the hammam and three massages = no thanks. For nails: French style for hands and feet, he wanted €130. In Cologne, I pay €90, and that was a good deal. DON'T DO THIS! Totally unprofessional with absolutely inferior materials at an improvised table with a Kleenex on it, and I wasn't sure if the lovely woman knew what she was doing. The white line on the nail was applied in a zigzag pattern with a wooden skewer. The old polish was only superficially removed, and the new polish was painted over it, so you could clearly see the old base. The result: [for €90] = Beginner's nail art! A definite NO! But I had to pay in advance—why on earth... If they treat my nails like that, what will they do to my hair? I'm not trying it here.

The only downside is that you can't enter the sea because of the corals and you can only do it from the pontoon, which is not easily accessible!
