Hotel served by buses. Large parking lot. Nice double room. Good value for money. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Useful microwave.

The reception staff were professional, smiling, and friendly. The rooms were clean. They offered double or single beds (if single, two beds per room). The only drawback was the showers, which were a bit small.

Surprisingly good first-class hotel. Yes, from the outside, it's an older-style first-class hotel, not the most elegant, located right in the middle of the Chantepie industrial park, and to be honest, on arrival you wonder if it's going to be up to scratch. But it's very well-maintained, very clean, and the welcome is excellent. So yes, it's showing its age, but it's clear that everything is done to keep it pleasant and comfortable. In terms of upkeep and decor, you can see that it's well cared for. But, don't forget, it's a first-class hotel, not a Campanile. So yes, soundproofing isn't its strong point, especially if guests forget they're not alone, but the reception staff are vigilant. In short, I'm keeping it on my list of hotels. Minor things to improve: for the next renovations, the windows and doors should be a priority; they've become loose and you have to push on them to block out the street noise. It's not a maintenance issue, as the locks are recent, but rather the mechanism (the tilting mechanism) which isn't working properly and is aging poorly. Otherwise, thank you for the stay.
