Bad BAD bad Service is horrible

Disappointing experience. I was woken up by significant noise in the hallways, caused by housekeeping staff talking directly outside the rooms. Despite my complaint, the hotel refused to acknowledge my experience and questioned my word, shifting the blame to other guests. Regardless of the exact source, staff conversations should never take place outside guests' rooms, as they disturb their peace and quiet. A lack of consideration and respect for the customer. It's a shame, as it significantly detracts from the overall experience.

English I booked this hotel for 3 nights with breakfast for 4 people. The location is very good if you need to be close to the airport, but it’s about 40 minutes away from the city. You have to use a bus, taxi, or Uber. I personally used Uber every morning to go to the city and come back. I didn't know that using the bus would be very time-consuming; otherwise, I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. The reservation staff were quite cold and not friendly at all. To use a hairdryer, you have to leave your ID card at reception and borrow it for a limited time, as there is no hairdryer in the room. In terms of cleanliness, I was satisfied. The rooms were clean, they were cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily. The breakfast wasn't very good. I expected boiled or fried eggs, but they weren’t available. They had jam, toast, coffee, juice, and some other items. They did have croissants every day, which was nice 😋🥐 Overall, I'm satisfied, but I wouldn't stay here again because it's very far from the city and tourist attractions.
