We were at the hotel on Shabbat. The rooms have been renovated and are very pleasant. The style of the hotel is beautiful and inviting. The food is fresh and delicious. The location of the hotel is excellent! Close to Mamilla and for Shabbat keepers, you can also walk to the Old City. About a 40-minute walk. I must mention a point for improvement. We were at the hotel on Shabbat when the Roar of Hari broke out. And the staff did not function properly in directing us to the protected area. The protected area does not contain all the hotel guests either. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves very much and will return to stay at the hotel.

The mashgiach in the dining room was very accommodating. He helped us with some Shabbos issues. He was especially helpful during the current war. He was very pleasant and concerned.
