I stayed at the hotel several times in two months for preparations and rehearsals for my launch lecture that took place in Yehud and it was the closest, most accessible and up to my standards hotel that was available in the closest geographical area. First, we were impressed by the accessibility, explanations, personal and courteous service of the reception staff. The order, cleanliness, and harmony between the hotel staff 10/10. The highlight was my last stay on the day of my lecture, when I received an exciting personal letter, a fruit platter twice!! Both when I arrived and on the morning of the event when the Beauty team arrived. And that's not all!! Also wine, champagne, chocolate, birthday cake and lots of love and blessings. Also at the amazing and delicious breakfast from the hotel manager Daniel Kahane who recognized me from the story I did the night before and was impressed by the standard of hospitality. I must mention that I am a former hotelier (Isrotel, Tamars) and I was moved by your standard and the small and large details. Thank you to the sweet Yuval from Food and Beverage for the smile, service and kindness on his behalf and on behalf of the hotel. Recommended plus plus plus. Thank you for everything!!! Chen.
