The Saudis at the reception are polite and have good manners, but the Egyptian with the slightly short goatee who is inside the office interferes with their work, goes to the system, makes changes and reservations, mixes up the reservations, and causes chaos in the hotel. He is not understanding, and unfortunately, his dealings with customers are bad, which made some of those who wanted to rent leave the hotel in front of my eyes.

First, I booked the wrong day through Agoda. When I arrived, I discovered the mistake. I thought, "Never mind, I'll contact the app later," and paid a second time. I went up to the room looking for peace and quiet, but unfortunately, the noise from the men in the lobby was very annoying, and I could hear it in the rooms next to mine. I tried to find window film, but I couldn't, so I assumed the curtain was the only soundproofing. Unfortunately, in the morning, the sun shone directly into the room. The next day, they asked me how my stay was. I told them it was the last time I'd ever come back and listed the drawbacks: 1- The noise from the men! We apologize, but a large group was staying. 2- The curtain! It was positioned to the side, which is strange (maybe I didn't notice it, so let's not be unfair). 3- The booking was made in error. I told them I didn't have to get a refund, just change the booking date a little more flexibility for the customer! The hotel manager said, "Don't worry, I'll help you and change it," but unfortunately, nothing happened. An experience I won't repeat!
