Extremely dirty, misleading photos, and unacceptable conditions This was without question the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hotel looks nothing like the photos shown online. The pictures are extremely misleading, and the real condition of the hotel is shocking. The room was very dirty. It genuinely felt as if it had not been cleaned at all before our arrival. The walls were visibly dirty, the shower walls were dirty and the entire room felt neglected and unhygienic. There was even a hole in the wall, that someone had punched in. The room was literally falling apart. The furniture was of very cheap quality, worn down, and poorly maintained, which made the whole stay feel very uncomfortable. The bathroom situation was especially bad. The water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, barely enough to shower properly. On top of that, the water temperature control was completely broken: when you turned the shower to maximum warm, the water became very hot, but if you moved the handle even 1 cm towards cold, the water immediately turned ice cold. There was absolutely no middle ground or stable temperature, making it impossible to shower comfortably. The Wi-Fi did not work, which was very frustrating and unacceptable for any hotel today. Noise insulation was practically non-existent. When people talked in the corridors, it sounded like they were inside our room. The doors did not block sound at all, so resting or sleeping was extremely difficult. The only thing that was somewhat acceptable was the breakfast, which was okay, but nothing more than basic. If you are from Northern Europe or are used to even minimal standards of cleanliness, comfort and honesty in hotel listings, do not book this hotel. This place is not worth the money and was a huge disappointment in every possible way.

A very disappointing stay – definitely not worth four stars Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The first room was in a very poor state of hygiene: the bathroom was dirty, the shower doors were damaged, and there was a hole in the wall through which sewage was apparently leaking. This created a very unpleasant odor. In addition, there was a severe mosquito infestation, presumably also due to the drain, which was extremely disgusting. After I complained, I was given another room, which was hardly any better. The doorbell was broken, the shower was damaged again, and the mirror on the wall was also broken. The light on the sideboard under the television flickered constantly, the air conditioning didn't work, and the room was very cold overall. Cold air was coming in from somewhere, even though all the windows were closed. The toilet in this room also smelled unpleasant. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos of the first room, but I did take some of the second room – simply to show that this hotel stay was in no way worth it. The situation was particularly bad because I arrived late and had surgery the following morning. I desperately needed peace and quiet, but I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. It was dirty, disgusting, and almost unbearable. In my opinion, this hotel doesn't deserve four stars. Everything looks old, worn, and damaged—it all really needs to be renovated. It's a real shame. I wish I had booked with a cancellation option. In the future, I'll only book that way so I can get my money back if necessary. I had to leave early after two days because I simply couldn't stand it there any longer.

Furthermore, our room wasn't cleaned every day, which is to be expected from a hotel. The bathroom was also dirty and poorly maintained. All in all, it was not a pleasant stay, and we would definitely not recommend this hotel. Housekeeping didn't clean the room daily, which is something you would normally expect from a hotel. The bathroom was also dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, it was not a comfortable stay, and we would not recommend Prime Bosphorus to others.
