Please Mr. GM, the short-haired female receptionist with a typical Sumatran accent should be punished, very unprofessional when serving during check-in, the language used is very bad, the person is also impatient, does not understand work ethics. When asked, the answer is curt as if she doesn't want to be bothered, are we entering the hotel just to stay??? we paid. Don't be arbitrary with the guests. Wearing a skirt that is almost half naked, very mini, Sep*ntat doesn't behave either. Employees who act like this make the hotel's image bad. Guests are reluctant to come back to stay. Then the boss, whether he is the Spv/duty manager, the skinny guys at FO have been informed but are reluctant to take action, just keep quiet, where are the hospitality and humanist values that you can apply in the workplace? 0, not reflected at all. Aren't you embarrassed in front of the restaurant staff who are very friendly, know their place, are professional and can serve people?

I highly recommend it. This place is simply gorgeous. From the rooms to the hotel amenities, everything is clearly of a high standard. The gardens are well-maintained, the grounds are clean—honestly, we're so glad we chose this beautiful place.
