We have been visiting the Primorski Hotel every winter for the past 3 years and so far our impressions have been entirely positive. Unfortunately, our stay this year turned out to be a huge disappointment and a sharp contrast to our previous experience. The prices for a night at the hotel are not at all low by Bulgarian standards, especially outside the active season. Unfortunately, the price-quality ratio this time was completely inadequate. The cleaning of the rooms can be safely described as a parody, and the staff - disinterested and devoid of any desire to work. During our 5-day stay, our room was only swept, without washing the floor, without cleaning the bathroom and sink, and without changing the towels. For a hotel of this class, this is absolutely unacceptable. This year was the first time we visited the hotel by car. Upon arrival, we were informed that parking costs an additional 12 leva. Although we ignored the fact that this was the first hotel we had visited where parking was paid, it turned out that we had been spared an extremely important piece of information - the 12 leva fee in question was NOT a one-time fee, but a daily fee. After all these unpleasant factors that made our stay far from comfortable, we were faced with another extremely unpleasant practice. On the last day, the room access cards were deactivated at a completely random hour before the official check-out time. The completely logical question arises - on what grounds is such an absurd practice applied? And why do I have to go through the reception every time I check out and re-enter the room before 12:00 p.m. to have a room I paid for unlocked? This behavior can only be perceived as a tasteless attempt to encourage guests to check out faster. We are extremely disappointed and categorically state that this was our last visit to this pseudo hotel.

The rooms are modern. However: the shower cubicle in the room has a shower curtain that constantly clings to your body. The coffee machine is broken. Room service is inadequate – sometimes it doesn't come at all, or it doesn't replace all the towels. On weekends, it's very noisy due to local guests in the café until late in the evening. There's no lobby, and the staff are rather unfriendly. The icing on the cake was at check-out: they tried to accuse me of swapping a beer from the minibar. The location is good, though; it's about a 2-minute walk to the beach.
