Terrible experience; the photos are fake. When we arrived, there was no one there. We waited 2 hours and 35 minutes in front of the B&B before meeting the owner (Giulia) and getting the keys to our rooms. We had booked a room at Via Principe Eugenio 40, and in the end, she took us far from the center (on foot) because the room we had booked wasn't available yet. The rooms she took us to were still a complete mess and completely dirty. I heard she has another B&B on Via Cairoli next to a hotel. Comparing them with other tourists staying at the rooms at Via Principe Eugenio 40, it turns out they also had a terrible experience, just like my friends and I did. In the end, we stayed for a day and luckily found free rooms at another B&B (a waste of money). The rooms are terrible in every way: 1) mattresses that hurt your back, making it hard to sleep; 2) small refrigerator that doesn't work and smells terrible inside; 3) Toilet not working; 4) Everyone in the adjacent rooms doesn't respect the rules of conduct (constant noise, loud music) 5) TV not working; 6) Dirty and deteriorated walls, mold everywhere; 7) Water heater and radiators not working; 8) Dirty clothes and items in the closets; 9) Dirty and stained mattresses and sheets; I had to insist on better ones. 10) Giulia's behavior: total indifference. She seems kind at first, but don't be fooled. Once she has money, you won't see any kindness anymore, and she won't help you in any way. Everything you looked at was truly awful. Giulia is not Italian; I think she's Chinese/Korean, I don't know. I know she has a son. I strongly advise against it.
