We checked into the hotel at noon on December 31, 2025, for New Year's Eve celebrations. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working. Despite repeatedly telling the reception, they didn't change our room; I was very unhappy with their attitude. The room was 18 degrees Celsius all day. The general atmosphere of the hotel, including the lobby and the floors, was cool; I wore a coat the whole time. For the New Year's Eve dinner, although we had booked three rooms together, to avoid confusion, I gave our names individually and received confirmation that we would be eating at a table for six. However, they arranged the three tables in completely different places. Of course, confusion can happen, but the employee's attitude was rude. Two fiascos in one day really upset me, especially since I had come with excitement for one of the most important days of the year, New Year's Eve, and had allocated a considerable budget. I didn't get my money's worth. The New Year's Eve organization was also a fiasco; the music started very late. I also spent New Year's Eve at another hotel on the island as an alternative, and there's a huge difference between the two organizations, both in terms of entertainment and planning. In summary, the hotel's location and architecture are beautiful and it's clean, but I wouldn't recommend it during the winter months, especially for a special occasion like this.

We really liked the hotel. Our experience both during the booking process and our stay was very positive. Getting there by boat was very enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The chocolate balls left in our room were really delicious. We also really liked the cocktails in the restaurant. We want to come back again in the summer.
