I stayed last night in the first room on the left. The room was very nice, a little cold, but lacked a luxury suite feel. There were no amenities like bathrobes or slippers. The worst thing I found was the shower. The hot water never came on. I lifted the wooden bench, and there was mold underneath! Absolutely lacking cleanliness for a 4/5-star hotel on Via del Corso. I hope the other rooms are better, even though we had the King Suite.

We stayed at this B&B for two nights. The property is nice and conveniently located, but unfortunately the owner didn't inform us that towels aren't changed or rooms are cleaned on Sundays. She claims this information was listed on Booking.com, but we checked and found no trace of it. It would have been helpful to know this in advance; we would have chosen another property. Consiglio could improve communication with guests to avoid similar mix-ups.

As a first experience, as soon as we arrived there was no more light and we couldn't even get into the room and no one gave us an answer or at least they had to come to open the door for us or the availability of keys. We stayed more than 3 hours with our luggage on the stairs, it's not nice at all. In any case, we will make a complaint. In any case, thank you, our stay is starting well like that 👍👍
