I booked this hotel through Agoda without checking Google reviews or social media first — huge mistake. This hotel is absolutely horrible. Starting with the location: it’s right next to a canal that smells terrible. The pool looks nice in photos, but in reality it’s outdoors and sits directly beside the canal, which completely ruins the experience. The room was another disaster. The interior design is awful — whoever designed these rooms should not be working in hospitality. Yes, the room is spacious, but it’s mostly useless dead space with barely any furniture. The walls are poorly painted, with paint splattered all over the already dirty floor. On top of that, the room smelled bad, to the point where it felt disgusting to sleep there. The final straw was the TV. It’s extremely small, which I could have ignored, but when we turned it on, the recent activity showed porn websites and explicit videos. As a guest, how are you supposed to feel comfortable sleeping in that bed after seeing that? Completely unacceptable. The only positive thing about this hotel is that they allowed us to shorten our stay and refunded the remaining nights. The staff were actually very nice, but they’re clearly just doing their jobs and can’t fix how bad this place is. Avoid this hotel. The photos are misleading, and the reality is nothing like what’s advertised.

Worst customer service experience — extremely disappointing. I specifically added notes when booking to arrange our beds and clearly stated DO NOT give us twin single beds. We booked 3 rooms, all with the same request. Despite this, we were still given twin beds. What made it worse is that we were made to wait for 2 hours, only to be told to just accept 1 room with a queen bed, while the other 2 rooms remained twin beds. This was not what we booked nor what we requested in advance. The customer service was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was polite the entire time — I’m not rude or demanding — yet the staff gave off very bad energy and showed zero willingness to help. I honestly cannot imagine how someone with this kind of attitude works in the hospitality industry. This experience ruined our stay. Worst customer service I’ve encountered. I will not recommend this hotel.

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEWHERE BETTER, ITS SAYS CITY VIEW BUT INFACT ITS STREET VIEW WITH FOOD CART, RECEPTION DIDNT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE TO PERSON WHO BOOKED BUT KEPT ON TALKING IN LOCAL LANGUAGE, FOOD IS NOT GOOD AT ALL, SWIMMING POOL IS NEXT TO A CANAL WITH STRONG STENCH. ROOMS HAVE NO FRIDGE OR CABBIENTS. TOILET AND SHOWER IS OPEN SO EXPECT ALWAYS MESSY WET AREA. VERY DECEIVING ADVERTISING OF CITY VIEW.
