We stayed at Puding Hotel from December 30 to January 6, and we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely and well-organized this hotel is, with excellent service. From the very beginning, we felt truly welcomed. The room we were given was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent — everything was spotless, and bed linen and towels were changed frequently. The staff were always responsive and kind, and they gladly accommodated our requests. During our stay, we celebrated a birthday, and the hotel kindly delivered a dessert to our room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The hotel is located in a very calm and secure area. Even though it was the New Year holiday period, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, and we slept very well. The hotel has a charming courtyard with a park-like feeling, perfect for sitting and relaxing. There is also a swimming pool, and the whole property is well maintained. We would also like to highlight the wellness facilities. The hotel offers a sauna and massage services. My husband received a professional medical massage from the massage therapist Ramzan, and the results were excellent — he felt significantly better afterward. This was an important and very positive part of our stay. The location is excellent — Kaleiçi, Antalya — very central and tourist-friendly, with everything close by, yet without noise or crowds. The breakfasts were delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and truly enjoyed our time there. Many thanks to the Puding Hotel team for a wonderful experience. We would gladly return.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the old town of Antalya. We stayed for one night. We were offered a couple of rooms, and we chose the one that suited us best. The room was large and clean, and the hotel had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. All the staff we encountered at the hotel were extremely attentive to us. It was a great experience. We especially liked the maid, Elvira (Russian-speaking). She answered all our questions, and the room we stayed in was clean, tidy, and the bed linen was fresh. We asked for an extra blanket, and Elvira brought it for us.
