I stayed at this hotel for a week in the summer. Most of the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was especially excellent. The restaurant staff were dedicated to their respective duties, and the service from the person who seemed to be the boss was especially excellent. He spoke German, Spanish, and English fluently and made guests feel comfortable. However, the German woman at the reception desk was not doing her job properly. (I'll keep her name anonymous for privacy reasons, but her name started with the letter L.) While the service from the restaurant and all the staff was excellent, this receptionist was the one who brought down the hotel. She often made mistakes, such as saying she would call for sauna reservations but never did, or handing a child's tennis racket to another guest. However, our last day was truly a success. We asked for a taxi, and after waiting for over an hour, it still hadn't arrived. The woman asked us, "Why aren't you here yet? The taxi just left." Why don't they tell guests that the taxi has arrived? I couldn't complain that day because I was sick, but I was so shocked that I emailed the hotel later, but I didn't receive a proper apology or response. I'm extremely disappointed that I didn't receive a response. This was a very nice hotel, so this was a disappointing experience that will make me never want to visit Mallorca again. If it weren't for this receptionist, this would have been a perfect 5/5, but I've lowered my rating because of this.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing few days. All the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, the facilities and our room were very clean, the food was excellent, we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We will be back!
