Excellent customer service. Staff were so helpful and pleasant. Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and AC worked well. Quiet room allowing sleep. First class breakfast. Fresh bottle of water every day was a nice touch. Thanks for moving us from a room with an adjoining door, as voices could be clearly heard through the door. As we were originally put in a room with adjoining door we scored 9 not 10. But overall hotel was excellent. Great location but be prepared for the steep incline from the shops. Lovely views. Pool and sauna clean and well maintained.
