An excellent hotel; the pros outweigh the minor cons. Pros: location, reception (quick and professional, and upon early morning check-in, they gave us one of two rooms with a beautiful view of the zoo, and we calmly went to the spa while waiting for the next room), comfortable rooms and comfortable mattresses, a good breakfast, and a cozy spa with a fairly large pool (by the way, we used it upon departure, after we had already checked out). Cons: breakfast is very poorly organized on weekends. Due to the hotel being overcrowded, everyone arrives at practically the same time, and the restaurant begins to resemble a work cafeteria with a huge line for food. I've seen experience with your own chain where they tell you your breakfast time and the recommended hour upon check-in. This helps regulate the line. The bar staff was not very friendly and also tried to overcharge.
