My wife and I stayed at this hotel after arriving from an overseas flight at midnight. Early in the morning someone came into our room. If my wife was by herself she would have been traumatised. How could this happen. Not happy jan

As a Gold Accor member i didnt recieve a welcome drink which was offered on booking, there was womens hair in the bathtub, black hand prints on the back of the bathroom door, and spit on the walls of the bathroom on arrival. The shower head also had no pressure and looked like it was from the 80s.
