My partner and I have been coming to the Radisson (formerly Pullman) at Charles de Gaulle Airport for over a year, and we were extremely disappointed this time. We came for Valentine's Day weekend, as we appreciated this hotel for its value for money, but we were surprised by the change in standard and the change of name, as we usually booked it through Staycation (which is now unavailable). Prices have increased for a much lower level of service; it really feels like a stopover hotel now. The staff seems overwhelmed; you practically have to pester them to get the service you're paying for. I especially want to emphasize one point that my partner and I found particularly objectionable: the woman at the breakfast reception made a comment about my attire, saying, and I quote, "Are you in your pajamas? Because if so, you're not allowed to access the buffet dressed like that." Excuse me?! I was wearing a linen shirt and trousers and was going to the pool afterward. That was a rude, inappropriate, and ignorant comment, especially since I saw people at the buffet in their pajamas and/or skimpy outfits during our two-day stay, and the hostess in question was wearing Air Max 90s. It's quite ironic and hypocritical to treat guests that way. It's a shame I didn't get her name because it irritated me for the rest of my stay! You need to review your staff's attitude, as I think it's one of the most important aspects for a hotel! As usual, I'll give a bonus point for the buffet, but the pool/hammam/sauna complex and the gym are the hotel's strongest points.

It's located near Terminal 3 of the airport, very close to the airport. The room size is moderate. However, the same problem persists: the separate wet and dry shower room can't effectively prevent water from splashing, and the water pressure is a bit low, making showering quite inconvenient.

One of my worst hotel experiences ever! The welcome was so rude, with no smile or greeting. There was a mistake with the rooms; they didn't match what we'd paid for, and we had to insist to get it sorted. There was no room service despite what we were told upon arrival… It makes you wonder if anyone actually runs this place! Avoid at all costs!! The staff at the Ibis next door are much friendlier and more welcoming.
