We got on the waitlist to check in early at around 1130 am, never got to check in early, fine. However, when we went at normal check in time, our room STILL wasn’t ready. They gave us a free bar drink and said they just had to final inspect. However, when we actually got to our room around 430, my 5 year old immediately found an old water bottle and lip gloss from not us. Fairly disappointed in the amount of money spent.
