Our stay at Pullman was absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable and cleaned, the food was fantastic and I especially like the conversation efforts the hotel has taken to support marine life. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and helpful, with nothing ever feeling like too much trouble. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

Just ruined our stay. No one ready to take responsibility and no one responds timely. Chee n Lina just told us to go out of the room. 1)Reception people say they will call back but no one calls back. 2)Kids experience also just spoiled. Official time of kids movie was 6:30-8 pm . We reached by 7:20 to see a bit if movie but Lina told its already over. And kept repeating 6:30 it started and now over. We tolerated that also and she gave remote so we can at least watch youtube. 5 mins into that and another guy came (CHEE) and said sorry its closed please go out. So, at 7:30pm we were made to go out when the official time is till 8pm. Not ACCOR standard. 3) NO room upgrade for GOLD member also, and the excuse was not available while i can see rooms available online, such a bad Hotel. Don’t waste your money. Pro - private beach is good but the staff and other people just spoils your mood Beachfront hotel with good pool but the staff is pathetic.

From arrival to departure, we truly appreciated Thai hospitality! The kindness of all the staff was delightful. As for the hotel, it was impeccable, very pleasant! The villa with its private pool was simply magnificent. In short, all of this combined to make our stay unforgettable.
