Just checked in today. Save yourself the hassle and do not stay at this hotel. We have stayed at the raffles x2 and highly regret not just staying there again. I called the hotel x2 to get directions to the tunnel for drop off . I asked for a pin as our driver isn’t local. They did not send this and this wasted 1.5 hours of our time missed zuhr. We had driven from riyadh 1am to 11:30am with a 9 month child and 3 year old. They spoke to the driver but this did not help. Then we arrive and we should have a quad room, the confirm this at check in, we go up and there’s only 2 beds. Luggage took 30 mins to come up - after me calling a few times. I asked for milk got my baby and was charged 15 SAR, the raffles and all other 5 start hotels I have stayed at have give this for free. Will never be staying here again . Update: I spoke with manager who said they’d upgrade my room to a quad room. To which I explained no, that isn’t an upgrade as that’s the room we paid for. Regarding the milk I was told I could get a discount - which I declined and have bought my own milk. We eventually got moved to quad room. I am very shocked at this service given it is meant to be 5 star.
