Ants on restaurant table and walls. Coacroaches in the room. Facilities shown on website but not available.. same breakfast everyday and that also cold. Paid for 4 star villa but actually 1 or max 2 star villa. Not happy at all. Felt my trip was ruined just bcoz of that. I had 2 rooms and stayed for 7 nights. After so much of negotiation, refund given was 1 night 1 room only. Even nobody would help with luggage. Worst experience of life. Would not recommend to anybody. Don't go with facilities on website. They won't offer those. We had ant and mosquitoes bite all over body. Just disgusting. Could not change the hotel as refund given was very less than what we paid. Deleted the photos as they were disgusting. Towels ripped off, drains leaking and broken.

I booked this place on the recommendation of a local friend. It's a hundred times better than the hotel right next door that costs twice as much. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a Balinese interior. I was in the lower level of the village, and I was so happy to find a space that could be used as a living room. The pool isn't large, but it's a typical Balinese pool. And best of all, for this price, it's so wonderful to have this living room-like space. It's truly a precious place that I want to keep to myself.
