The management of this hotel is clearly disorganised, and the overall business structure is clunky and fails to meet basic expectations. We booked a room and specifically requested parking. However, on arrival we were told by security that we needed to make two separate bookings—one for the room and one for parking—and were subsequently turned away. This was particularly frustrating as the parking garage was completely empty, making the explanation feel unreasonable. As a result, we had to park approximately 1 km away and walk back to the hotel through snow and ice. At reception, another couple was already struggling to check in and were visibly upset. The check-in system, much like the parking arrangement, was clearly poorly designed and added unnecessary stress for tired travellers. Despite having booked online earlier that same day, the system failed for us as well. We were forced to call the helpline, and ultimately did not get into our room until almost two hours after arriving at the hotel. While the room itself was clean, we were now late for our meeting. Passing through reception afterwards, we overheard yet another family unable to check in—tired, frustrated, and dealing with the same software and administrative issues. Breakfast the next morning was enjoyable, and the breakfast staff were excellent. The hotel will no doubt say that parking is managed by a third party, which is fine—but guests should be clearly informed before booking. Advertising parking when it is not straightforward or reliably available is misleading. So 1 Star and a F- from us....

I would like to share with you my complete satisfaction, both with the beautiful room, cleanliness and excellent breakfast. Amazing, kind welcome and willingness of Mr. Jakub and the entire staff. I highly recommend it and we will be happy to come back here again.
