I stayed at this hotel with a "Desiderio Benessere" voucher that was given to me. I stayed from check-in, Saturday lunchtime, until early Monday morning because I had an appointment. I would have been able to use the spa on my last day as well, which was definitely excellent. For the price paid by the person who gave me the voucher, I found the following to be a bit overpriced (a €900 voucher for 2 nights): - Only 1 dinner included, not 2 dinners despite staying 2 nights. - The prices, if you decide to have dinner on the second night as well, are insane for a restaurant that they try to pass off as a Michelin-starred restaurant, but it has nothing Michelin-starred about it. - The service was rushed and very fast; it felt like they wanted to kick you out as soon as possible. - The included breakfast, however, was much appreciated and truly excellent and plentiful. - The rooms are dated; the view is stunning, but they deserve (and are currently receiving) a renovation for the asking price. - SPA service I was not surprised by the fact that we were crowded together already knowing other QC environments and in any case excellent for services, it is clear that if you expect the privacy of a HOTEL with SPA you do not have it and therefore better to opt for individual hotels with SPA.
