The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and the pillows and duvets are of good quality. There is a corner for children in the lobby, table football and billiards. The breakfasts were fantastic. Some of the best we have ever had. The restaurant also cooks very well and the staff is helpful and smiling. The location is ok. The centre is either 10 minutes by tram and then 15 minutes, or 8 minutes by car or taxi. We were bothered by the absence of an extractor fan in the bathroom. It is connected to the toilet, so it was very unpleasant that there was no way to ventilate it, or rather. only through the room and an open window. We had a quadruple room, however the double beds, although comfortable, were more like 1.5 beds.

The hotel and accommodation were nice, the breakfast was very tasty. We were supposed to have a discounted entrance to the zoo and we didn't get it because the promotion was only valid until the end of the year even though we bought the stay in January and in the morning before 7:30 the cleaning lady opened the door to our room, waking us and the children and then talking loudly in the hallway with another person.
