The only redeeming quality is the location but there are other hotels in the area so just stay there. We booked a 5 night stay and the room was not ready until 5 pm when we were told check-in at 3 pm. Then when we finally did get into the room, none of the surfaces had been cleaned there were sticky cup rings and grease smudges all over the tabletops and the trash was still from the previous guest. The door lock was also broken so that we could not deadbolt the lock at night but we were told they were sold out so there was nothing they could do. There was also a wet spot on the carpet that turned the towel yellow when put over it. The hallways smell like wet dog/cat pee and the breakfast was pitiful. On our 3rd day we requested housekeeping to take towels/trash and when we returned that night none of it had been done. The front desk just made excuses instead of apologizing and we even offered to change the sheets ourselves if they would just provide them to us. They only gave us a couple towels and said they were out of trash bags so could only give a large one. They stated that they were short staffed so they may not even be able to clean the room for the remainder of our stay because they were prioritizing the empty rooms, and still did not provide us with clean linens to change for ourselves but advised us to just put the trash and dirty towels in the hallway. The hotel also required you to watch an add to access the WiFi which was very strange.

Do not stay here. The room was infested with mold and had an overwhelming musty, rotten smell like something dead. The bed was wet, and the room felt damp and unsafe. Staff appeared impaired/drunk and were unprofessional when I raised concerns. I left within minutes due to health and safety risks. This property should not be renting rooms in this condition.

By far the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of residing in. When we first got to the hotel, my room was switched from my original reservation. Not a big deal. When we stepped into our hotel room, the ligament fog of Marlboro reds violated me and my wifes nose hairs. Sprayed half a bottle of cologne, and nothing seemed to help. Stains coated the walls. Bloody boogers, food stains, and who knows what else. Oh that's not all. An exposed strip of SCREWS was awaiting my arrival, and scratched my arm when I took my hoodie off. Black mold all in the ac and shower. For some reason gained a 2 year old cheese burger smell? And as we were leaving our room, I got a wiff of what I could only imagine snoop doggs recording studio smells like. Please please please, find somewhere else to stay. Save your money, and your family from potential danger.
