This was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. The mattress was completely unacceptable. It had no firmness at all and sank deeply under my body, especially around the hips/butt area. There was zero support, resulting in extremely poor and uncomfortable sleep. A worn-out, collapsing mattress like this should never be used in a hotel. Customer service was shockingly bad. When I asked for basic drinking water outside breakfast hours, I was refused and told “breakfast is closed.” Water is not a luxury. Later that night, I asked for hot water to make instant noodles and was again refused for the same ridiculous reason. This shows a complete lack of basic hospitality and common sense. Breakfast was poorly organized, with a very long wait time due to only one pancake machine available. Guests were forced to line up unnecessarily. The bathtub in the room was clogged, and no one was available to fix it until the next day. What happened next is completely unacceptable and dangerous. The technician entered the room while we were away, repaired the tub, and left the room door wide open. When we returned late at night, we were shocked to find our room unsecured. Our luggage, passports, and valuables could easily have been stolen. This is a serious security breach and a complete failure of hotel responsibility. When reported, staff claimed they did not know what happened and told us to wait until the next day for the manager. I had to leave early to catch a flight and never saw the manager in person. After calling later, the manager admitted that the technician accidentally left the door open at around 4:00 PM. We returned at 10:00 PM — meaning our room was left open and unattended for approximately six hours. To make matters worse, the manager promised a 20% discount as compensation for a future booking. To this day, nothing has been provided. Another broken promise. This hotel failed on every basic level: sleep quality, customer service, safety, and accountability. I strongly do not recommend staying here under any circumstances.
