My boyfriend and I stayed here for around a week and it was nice! Breakfast in the morning, quiet at night, and a good price. Jack, the worker at the front desk, is super friendly and goes above and beyond for guests. He is what made our stay amazing! Pool was out of order but that was okay.

I got a room there around september first. I was on the top level. I got chewed up and down legs to neck in bed bugs. I took pictures and videos of the bugs crawling around the bed after I was aware. They're recovered as I say, high video and pictures of the bugs. I took video and pictures of the welts covered and layered throughout the back of my neck, all throughout my back down my legs. The pain sucked and it was very itchy and I considered taking legal action.But can't find the right lawyer, because evidently, it's okay to have bed bugs. I have scars on my arms and on my neck from the bed bugs and the night that I stayed there. I called corporate only to get the run around and no answers. This place should be shut down and exterminators should come in and do whatever they do to get rid of this problem.If it was a baby, or somebody else, it probably would have been a major problem.But seeing is that i'm a dude in my fifties, single in with nothing, i'm pretty expendable, so I don't expect anything. Upsetting would be an understatement. I told the front desk around three in the morning.When I found the bed bugs and they put me in a different room.After I showed them the video and the pictures of the bed bugs and the problem. They said I could stay until noon because I lost an hour of sleep.So I got to have a late checkout. That does not compensate the pain and suffering and disgusting experience i endured. If I could post videos and pictures here, I would be aware this place has bedbugs!!!!!!!!!!!! So if you don't mind a good chance of bringing some bugs home with you and spreading them around your own home, then this is the place for you.

Stayed in the business suite, which was a very large room. Bed was extremely comfortable with wonderful pillows. Best night as sleep ever. Hot tub was very large and very enjoyable.
