Friendly staff but rooms are in rough shape. Mattresses are extremely old, sunken in, springs popping and uncomfortable. Bathroom although they updated some tiles the ceiling had moisture damage, tub had rust and faucet dripping non stop. Rooms smelled musty as well.

The safe was so kind and accommodating with all of the amenities provided at the hotel. The rooms were clean, they provided me with additional supplies in a timely manner and were exceptional in terms of customer services. I am a very satisfied customer and anyone looking for an affordable room, close to downtown should definitely check out the Quality Inn. An extra shoutout to the housekeeper who brought me back my boots o had forgotten when switching rooms. Thank again Quality Inn Team.

This hotel was the worst I've seen in this chain. Everyone that books a room there knows that they aren't staying at the 4 Seasons and don't expect it. But this experience was quite bad. The room smelled like vomit, I had to refill the toilet water, the breakfast was gross. The eggs looked like rubber, the meat was unidentifiable. I don't eat eggs or meat; I just felt bad for those who do. I spent two sleepless nights warring with a heater that mimics the sound of an engine room. The staff are all professional and wonderful and have nothing to do with this review.
