This place is not worth the price. Checked in pretty late (around 10 pm) and had the impression this was a normal cheap hotel. Staff was super friendly, swift check in, and the front desk lady even gave us some helpful directions to park at the 2nd entrance so we could be closer to our room. The hallways reeked of marujiana!! When we got into our room, it again seemed mostly normal. Room seemed relatively clean, older furniture, and there was no evidence of any bugs what so ever. Upon scanning the walls, carpets, and furniture with a blacklight, they were all heavily stained! But all the of linens (the bedding and towels) were clean and there was not even loose hairs on them. The shower got warm but not hot and there was no water pressure at all. It was like a poor sprinkle that barely covered my small frame. The bed was super comfortable! Probably the best part about this hotel. Plush feeling, fluffy pillows, and soft sheets made for a possible good night's rest. Except all of the walls and windows are paperthin and you could hear every door slam and conversation to be had around you. The night was mostly peaceful until the uncalled for 5 AM wake up call!! There's a 12 pm check out time, why are they giving unwanted 5 AM wake up calls?! The next morning was when we found out just how bad this place was. The ice cold shower was one thing but there was someone parked right outside our window in a handicap spot making drug deals!! Don't stay here and definitely don't bring your kids here! This place only gets 2 stars because it doesn't have bugs.

My stay was horrible. Room cleanliness was very disgusting. The general manager and the front desk associates was not out to please their guests. Very short with you as you would try to speak and ask questions. The over all property needs an upgrade for sure. The appearance from the time you walk in the door till the time you are leaving does not look nor feel clean. So if your looking for a hotel to stay at wether it be vacation or just have to situation I wouldn’t suggest this one.

I recently placed a reservation for valentines weekend, which is tomorrow. In fact I placed the reservation a week in advance, but the front desk attendant wants to contact me 1 day before my check in saying that they canceled my reservation due to the fact I am considered a local with my address on file. For one ive stayed their before, and it was no issue, for two when I made the reservation whomever it was that I spoke with even made the comment that I was getting the same room type as my last stay, inwhich I said that was correct. For three they have my credit card on file if I were to make a mess of the room or whatever the reasoning for not renting to me, for being a resident of west virginia. Me myself find it very unprofessional to wait 1 day prior to my checkin to contact me telling me my reservation has been canceled. Not good business in my book. But thats okay I guess considering you saved me from spending 300.00 for a 2 night stay in all reality I knew wldnt be worth the cost of the room. The only reasoning for wanting to book a stay their was because it had a jacuzzi, and thats okay there's others but in the future I hope you can do better business by atleast giving someone the heads up a lot sooner than what you did.
