Quality Inn Broken Arrow - Tulsa

Truck broke down and we had to stay in Tulsa - chose this hotel because they accept our 2 service dogs. Half the people we saw in the hallways had unleashed roaming dogs with them. No big deal to us as we are dog people. The people that own the hotel are NOT dog people at all. They charged $100 deposit that I'm still trying to get back. We cleaned the room we provided our own toilet paper . Housekeeping tried to take our dirty towels and I had to insist she give me the correct number of towels back . She tried to short me!! She counting towels and so was I!! We are not thief's and want our deposit back!!! Our first day there house keeping came in and cleaned our room with us in there. She barged her way in speaking non english and cleaned around us. We didn't need it we just got there. We find out our truck repair was taking longer then planned and had to stay another night. They refused to rent the room another nights said I had to many people and dogs there. I had two service dogs and it was my birthday so some friends brought a birthday cake by then we were gone all day long so we did not have to many people or dogs there. When is it there business the company we keep. There were only a handful of people came by and they didn't stay long they didn't even use their toilet paper I provided my own!! This hotel management is crap! I do not recommend going here!! I am still waiting on my deposit. They say they sent it but I haven't gotten it. So now I have to go back to the hotel and get receipts showing proof cause someone's lying about my deposit. We cleaned our own room they have no reason to keep our deposit !! Such bullshit! Never again will I stay at a quality inn owned by dog eaters. They hate dogs- .

Bed was nasty, and very wrinkled, suggesting the sheets hadn’t been changed in a while. Room smelled like marijuana, which was just not safe for our newborn baby, and could have triggered my wife’s asthma. The place was way below safe, habitable standards so we walked out immediately.

Overall, the stay was not bad. Staff was friendly and attentive. Stayed on the third floor, and upon entering was welcomed by this lovely bug. It definitely gave me the yuck but I was able to get it out of the room after a few tries and never saw another one throughout the stay. I hear they’re hard-ish to get rid of so I try to give the benefit of the doubt. The room was decently clean, but could be better in the bathroom. However I’m not one to harp to much for the price of the room. Breakfast was busy and we had to wait in line for the waffle maker but it was great after getting our plates all made up. For the price and overall experience, I’d recommend to anyone who is staying for a short period of time and trying to save money.
