Nice staff. Right off the highway with food and gas right beside. Followed instructions well for a quiet section. Temperature was warm. No issues in the winter. Cleaning could improve. The table still had a greasy spot. Some towels could be bleached. Looked old and not a good white. The blanket was stained and the covering sheet also has a stain. There was a hairball on the floor pretty big that shouldn't have been missed. Check in was 4pm. We arrived 6pm. The staff were still cleaning the room as we got the key. We kindly waited outside till the room was "cleaned ". Was gross how the fridge had the last person's left overs in there. 3 big boxes. Clearly... it was there. Slept fine. Good desk space.

Got a good deal on this hotel (through Expedia) after getting to the hotel tonight. The gentleman at the desk was nice (same thing from other post he told me there is a $25 room fee- refunded as long as I don't damage the room). I get to the room, located out back no other rooms were rented out there- super quiet. Get into the room and immediately I knew this was an absolute MISTAKE. 😩 I walked around and thought "nope, I've seen Stephen King movies and this ain't where my chapter is going to end". I took pictures and immediately called other hotels. It's midnight and I was fortunate to get somewhere else. Don't stay here. Nope. We will be submitting photos to Expedia for a refund (or even a partial) I went to the desk and told the guy "unfortunately this room is not something I can stay in- it's definitely not up to decent standards" he said no refunds. I wasn't going to waste my time.. so I just left. Pictures below for all to see. Sadly. It could be a nice hotel but it's just not at this time.

Room was not clean. The bed spread was so stained like it was used to clean up something. The heat was not adjustable. It was 90 degrees when we walked in and needed to leave the door open to cool it off.
