Well after calling a total of three different phone numbers on the third party website that I booked through and through their direct website, and even on google.. and all of the phone numbers for this location are all disconnected I'm all the way in the back side of the hotel upstairs and literally I've been driving for the last 18 hours straight and have six rods in my back so having to walk all the way down the stairs and around to the front of the building to let them know that there's no toilet paper, or tissue paper or any kind of sanitary napkins to use for the bathroom of any kind in this room lol the price was great and the customer service at the front desk was awesome! Mindy is a super positive/ inviting face after having a long day and before you think that I'm some perverted old truck driver dude lol I am a 35 year old female so to post a review on here as if it is a complaint LOL because I couldn't just use the phone in the room to call the front desk, or call them and let them know that I needed some toilet paper and hopes that somebody would bring it to my room.. but that's okay I don't mind to walk, but there are dirty wet hand towels in the shower like somebody who was cleaning the room might have forgot to take them with them LOL there is a used bar of soap in the shower but not a new bar of soap for me to use LMAO just a shower cap one clean towel no phone in the room lol no toilet paper but I'm not here to complain LOL just letting you know of those issues so that they can hopefully make it right for the next guest to come and stay, I still will be returning to this location if I am ever driving through here again all because again you have great customer service representative at the front desk that made all of it right and deserves a raise LOL after I went down there to let her know of everything she of course gave me the soap in the toilet paper and everything that I needed and even offered a discount for my next day to make up for the difference of me having to walk down there which of course I did not accept because again I'm not trying to complain LOL I just needed somewhere to stop and lay my head down for 2 hours and then get back on the road so luckily I wasn't going to complain for getting a bed a hot shower and somewhere to heat up my food was all I needed and that was well accommodated! And Mindy was the one thing that made If I Stay better! Also he's informed them that they should probably get some kind of a working phone number somewhere on any of the websites that they have bookings available LOL some other people might not be as understanding and polite as I was lol

Awesome hotel for the price. Very friendly manager, clean rooms, and breakfast was yogurt, bagels, 2 cereal options, coffee, fruit, juice, and waffle maker.
