Terrible management. Booked through Expedia with a date error—Expedia confirmed the hotel could approve cancellation so I could rebook directly. The property flat-out refused, gave false information about Expedia policy, and wouldn’t escalate to a manager. Zero flexibility, zero accountability, and no regard for repeat business travelers. If something goes wrong, they won’t help you—even when it costs you money. Avoid.

Absolutely gross. Filthy property. So dirty. Microwave almost set our room on fire. Looks like an insurance job waiting to happen. This was their breakfast offering, not enough for my family of four. Owner got mad when I brought up his lackluster offerings. Owner was just plain rude and hostile. Dump.

FRAUD ALERT!!! Stay away from this hotel. Do not give them a card number. You will be charged regardless if you stay or not. I canceled my room in plenty of time but got charged. Staff was argumentative when they would talk. Gave me the run around and lied every time we spoke. Spare yourself. Don’t even call!!
