I know it's not an expensive hotel, but there are bare minimum standards that every hotel, no matter the rating, should adhere to regarding customer service and cleanliness. When I did arrive, the woman who checked me in was very kind and professional; however, when I called earlier and reached the front desk, a different woman answered and I didn't know I was talking to a business, because she never identified her name or who she represented, and treated the whole conversation as if I was completely wasting her time. It was extremely off-putting, and made me nervous about the rest of my stay. The hallways reeked of marijuana at all hours, and the walls so thin that I was awoken at 3:30 in the morning from a neighbor talking and laughing in his room, which he proceeded to do until roughly 5:30 in the morning; it was so loud I could not fall back asleep. The bathroom had the air of being woefully outdated and felt dirty because of it. The toilet seat became loose and shifted all around when trying to sit upon it, making me feel like I going to fall off. The pillows were so thin you needed 2 stacked to feel like a real pillow. The vending machines on the first floor wing didn't work at all; if you wanted food you had to Doordash or leave the hotel all together. The breakfast was completely inadequate; I went down between 8:30-9, and two of the metal trays were out of whatever they had had in them, the orange juice tasted like imitation orange drink, I didn't see milk for the cereal nor waffle mix for the waffle maker. It was insanely hot and uncomfortable in that room, all of the heaters were blazing and you started choking on the hot air almost immediately; it had to have been 85° in there or more. The pool was fine and I appreciated that it was open later, but the room was a little too cold to enjoy it. I would not stay again, and I would not recommend anyone else stay either unless significant upgrades with care and attention are made. The bar is really not that high, you just have to be caring enough to reach it.

To been honest by far my fave hotel in the AREA the front desk staff truly amazing feels very comfortable here also ❤️ he has 3 children … he’s made my few stays here truly comfortable and happy ❤️ the rooms are clean and the pool is 😍 ❤️
