Quality Inn London Area

A trashy place pretty much sums it up I work out on the road and I am no stranger to motel rooms not to mention I've been in the trades all my life I got a job here to do in London Kentucky and after a very long drive. This is where I got a room for the night Walking through the door. The stench was pretty bad. The plastic for the heat AC unit was broken and hanging off of the unit itself. Didn't really care because the air conditioner kicked on. I can be somewhat tolerant when I am that tired till I go use the bathroom and the toilet is completely plugged. So I went to the office and inform them and they gave me a different room. I go across the street to the gas station and Firehouse subs came back. Ate my dinner. Go into the second room for the night and when I walked in the bathroom, my blood boiled because they didn't even have enough common courtesy to wipe residual toilet paper off the rim of the toilet from it overflowing because it was plugged left the nasty wet towel that they used to soak the water up off the floor with in the corner by the tub I guess I don't have to say that at that point I was really not in a good mood but it wasn't the receptionist fault if she didn't know, but as a receptionist. I guess it's her job to do whatever she can think of to not give a refund. Her excuse was I'd been in there more than 15 minutes. Wow, that's how you want to play it huh? Check your cameras. I was sitting in my truck eating my dinner or you can ask the people that were sitting out in their truck, couples parking spots down from me and then it went to to my boss is on vacation like that was going to make a difference and then her attitude went South which made mine go even further south. I don't need to raise my voice to get my point across, but if I do have to raise my voice nothing really good is happening to you then she decided to play the glare game as she sported her Tupac shirt. Being clueless to the fact that yeah Tupac thought he was hard and knew something too. We all know where that him A flat out told her go ahead. Call the cops. It ain't going to help you But I did not tell her that when it comes to police involvement, demeanor does weigh in a lot even in Kentucky So if you like smelly dirty rooms with plumbing that doesn't work by all means get a room here But if you have any kind of standards and self-respect definitely avoid this place And after I have a conversation with my boss tomorrow, there is a very good possibility that they will be losing their choice hotel franchise

Good and good enough to stay in! People are polite

Staff was very friendly the pool and hot tub was nice aswell the lobby was beautiful.. Bed was clean but the chair in the room was not unfortunately and just seemed like it needed some updating with the broken tv stand on the bottom rusty lamps and rusty bathtub fixtures but it was a good price aswell.
