If I could give zero stars, I would. My son and I stayed here for one night, booking through a Priceline Express deal, and we had no idea what we were walking into. From the moment we arrived, I was disappointed. The hotel room smelled strongly of mold and cigarettes, and the room next to ours had a dog barking all night. The worst part was waking up covered in bed bug bites. An awful experience overall.

THEY HAVE ROACHES. Not “one,” not “maybe” — roaches, exactly like the photos I posted. I booked because a snow and ice advisory. I was nervous about traveling back north and as a Choice member I expected at least a roach free room. Instead, the front desk told me, “Well did you kill them?” when I reported it. No refund. No apology. More of a smirk and laugh as if I was being unreasonable. Management never responded after I sent email . I spent most of my time in my car because I already paid for my nights stay Do not book this place. The pictures say everything.
