Quality Inn Houston East I-10

I'm going to be HONEST, this place is NOT a good location. The hotel smelled and the rooms were below average. Soon as I came in I saw this. I was so tired, I threw it in the toilet and went to sleep. Company paid for the room so I figured I'd rest and be out. Tables were also very sticky. The AC was very cold tho so there's a plus.🤷🏾‍♀️

Quality Inn Houston East I-10 🚨 RED FLAG – DO NOT STAY HERE 🚨 If I could give this hotel zero stars I absolutely would. I paid $1,450 to stay here and ended up moving through FOUR different rooms because every room had serious problems. The very first night I found old dried blood on the bed sheets. I asked for clean sheets three times, and the first two replacements also had blood on them. Then came the roach infestation. At night they were literally running out from everywhere. I recorded video proof because it was that bad. On top of that, there were mice running around the property, including near the elevator and even inside the rooms behind the TVs. The conditions here are disgusting and a serious health concern. Customer service made things worse. Staff were rude, dismissive, and at one point refused to clean the room unless I stood outside in the hallway. I also noticed personal items missing from my room, including expensive cologne and perfume. Management told me to check out early if I wanted to be considered for a refund, so I did. Now they are still holding my money and refusing to refund the days I have photos and videos of everything and will be reporting this property to the health department and corporate. ⚠️ Travelers beware — this place should

This place don’t even deserve 1 stars I wish their was a number below zero my experience at this property was one of the most disturbing and unacceptable hotel stays I have ever had. I paid approximately $1,450 for my stay, and what I encountered was completely unacceptable for any business operating in the hospitality industry. From the very first day, serious sanitation issues were immediately apparent. Upon entering my room, I discovered old dried blood on the bed sheets. I requested clean sheets multiple times, yet the first two times the replacement sheets also had blood on them. It took three separate requests before I finally received sheets that appeared clean. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. During my stay, I was moved between four different rooms due to ongoing issues. Several of the rooms had visible roach infestations, particularly at night when they could be seen coming out from various areas of the room. I even recorded video evidence of this. On top of that, there were mice running around the property, including baby mice and adult mice near the elevators and even behind the TVs in the rooms. This is beyond unacceptable and raises serious health concerns. The sanitation conditions alone were alarming, but the problems didn’t stop there. I also experienced extremely poor customer service. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful whenever I raised concerns. At one point, room service refused to clean the room unless I left and waited in the hallway, which is not normal or professional practice for any hotel. To make matters worse, I also noticed personal items missing from my room, including expensive cologne and perfume. It is extremely concerning to feel that your belongings are not safe in the room you paid for. Because of these ongoing issues, management instructed me to check out early in order to be considered for a refund. I complied, yet despite following their request, I have still not received the refund for the remaining days I did not stay. At this point, I have photos and videos documenting the conditions and I am in the process of reporting these issues to the local health department and the corporate office. Based on what I experienced, I seriously question how this property would pass a proper health and safety inspection. This experience has been beyond frustrating, and until the situation is properly addressed, I will continue pursuing a full refund and accountability
