We arrived at the hotel late since we were traveling. We checked in and everything was fine until we entered the room. It looked neglected and smelled bad. We waited a while for it to air out and for the smell to dissipate, but it was still the same. Then we went into the bathroom and things got worse: there was hair everywhere, apparent filth, and fecal stains next to the toilet paper. The lock was in bad condition, and there was also hair on the bed. We decided to go to reception immediately to report what had happened, and they offered us a different room, but the other one was exactly the same, so we decided to leave without having another place to stay. We were waiting for the cancellation of our stay due to non-use, and today I received an email saying it wasn't accepted. I find this unbelievable. The hotel shows pictures of the rooms that are far from real. If you want a clean stay, this isn't it.
