Honestly, the room was disgusting. Small, smelly, dirty, dingy. There were blood stains on the bedding - thank goodness I bring my own. The odor from the pillows was nauseating. Holes in the window screens let in bugs. Air conditioner …

This hotel was a big "no" for us - mostly due to lack of cleanliness. Tiny room, old, dingy furniture. Mattress sits on top of a thin metal "box" that vibrates when kicked accidently. Springs in mattress creaked all night. Biggest issues were the smell of the room (mold or cigarettes or chemicals?) and the dirty linens. Blood on comforter... Towels were so smelly, as if they were washed in large load with no detergent. Luckily, we travel with our own bedding, pillows and towels. The pillows smelled so disgusting we put them away in a corner. Please consider a deep clean of all your rooms and linens. Even the shower curtain smelled horrible - vinegar and bacteria. So gross. The one bright light for this property was the breakfast staff named "Grandma!" She was lovely and friendly and the breakfast was good - great ice cold orange juice and they served pork green chile stew with biscuits! Perfect for Colorado. I hope this quality inn realizes the impact of this great employee - she made our day! I would not recommend this property and honestly, I was super nervous about bed bugs. To the manager: no need for an A.I. generated, scripted response. Just fix the issues and show pride in your property's cleanliness.
