Place is a joke there's literally no hot water there telling me it's takes time to warm up been waiting over an hour no choice now it's to late too move to a new motel with a baby

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Upon arrival, we were given a room. It was not clean, with chips on the floor and stains on the blankets. We received our second room after complaining about the first room. This room had a dead roach in the bathroom. Flush it down the toilet and check for others. We didn't see any. The next morning, after taking my son to school, we saw more roaches. We decided to leave as soon as we saw this. The Operations Manager, Detoya McCoy, asked if it was roaches or cockaroaches and went to check the room. She comes back and says, " I didn't see any eggs, but I can't say you are lying. This is very unprofessional. I will never stay at this hotel again and will ensure that I inform all of my military comrades as well.
