There is no elevator!!! Request a first-floor room if you’re traveling with family or have a lot of luggage. The property feels very run down and dated, and the rooms look like they were cheaply remodeled. The heat/AC unit was extremely loud and inconsistent. The pool also appeared dirty with visible buildup in the corners and along the walls, and the hot tub was out of order again, just like during my previous stay. Honestly, it’s worth spending the extra $30–$50 to stay somewhere better, like the Holiday Inn Express or across the street at Cobblestone.

Its a nice hotel, but not well maintained. The sidewalks are cracked and sort of patched. But my husband did have trouble and fell. Upon entering the ice machine was out of order. We booked a 11 night stay, so the on sight laundry was a selling point as well as the hot tub was, because we were there to snowmobile, and with my bad hip I looked forward to it for after rides. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer. The washer was out of order. I went to use the hot tub, it was not working. I asked about them. They told me they were waiting for parts for the washer, so that wasn't going to be available for me. They told me the hot tub has been off for maybe a year and that it wasn't supposed to be listed. She then said if I use the choice app it wasn't there. We'll I told her I used the app, and yes it's listed as you are shopping for a hotel, but once the room is booked it isn't listed. I was asked if I was told about these things at check in and replied that I was not. She told me she would inform the manager. I also told her my shower had low water pressure and maybe it needed a new shower head. No one has attempted to speak to me about my dissatisfaction. If it was just a weekend it wouldn't have been a big deal, but this is 11 days! And so far this has been the worst part of our vacation. The only good thing is the hot breakfast. If it didn't have that I would probably demand a refund and go elsewhere. Its a shame, because we use lots of Quality Inns. This one really needs some work.

Not worth it. Hotel staff really rude and very accusing. There was a musty smell in the hallways. The room had a smell to it. The bathroom looked like it was not really clean.. overall it not worth it.
