PROS: Very friendly desk staff. Breakfast was delicious — we went back for seconds! CONS: The place is huge and hardly anyone was there, but they gave us a room that connected to another. You could easily hear everything through the door. At 9AM someone started vacuuming the hall while playing music loudly from their phone. I get needing to vacuum… but blasting music? Not a restful stay.

Very disappointed with our stay. The staff could really learn customer service, being polite, welcoming... the basic how a hotel staff should be. Man at the front desk wearing only socks, no shoes,never seen that before. The room was smelling tobacco, mattress are so worn down, it is very uncomfortable. Carpet is dirty and sticky in the bedroom, you better not walk barefoot on it. NO FOOD LEFT at 8am for breakfast, they don't refill anything like fruits, yogurt... Save your money and don't go there.

We have stayed at other places and they never compare to this hotel hands down best one in the area and worth the little drive to uvm just to stay here.
