Room was o.k. customer service not good. No king room on the 1st floor, did have a suite if I wanted to pay more. I got the feeling they don't like it when you book thru a third party (I used booking.com). You have to cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance. When I checked in at 4 p.m. no clerk at the desk, sign said be back in 10 minutes helping guest. When I checked out at 7:45 a.m. same sign no clerk and I waited until 8:15 for the same clerk that checked me in the day before, I asked her for a receipt and she said I can get it from booking.com, again I don't think they like third-party bookings. Will I stay here again ABSOLUTELY NOT!
