When i arrived the service was terrible. The man at the front desk was rude, condescending and lacked the competency to search up a reservation with a reservation number. Additionally when I got to my room none of the lights were working. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom is despicable. The showers had appeared to be multiple public hairs in it from the previous guests. Furthermore the room had an aroma of cigarettes when it was booked as a non smoking room. The smoke detector in the room was deliberately covered in plastic by either the management or previous guests. Moreover the hot water in the room would not work and with it being winter the heater would not warm up the room. I left early and found a new hotel. Avoid This Spot.

It was a very clean room which also comes with a microwave and fridge if needed. The free breakfast was decent too. Very fair price and in my opinion,better than the room at the casinos. The staff are extremely nice. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, the TV was good because it had streaming options, and the bed was comfortable. The bathtub was large. The problems were that there wasn’t a stopper for the tub, I went to the front desk for one and he gave me a little plastic cup thing, which worked. He seemed kind of annoyed that I asked. The largest problem was that when we filled the tub it was brown with sediment in the bottom. I put a magnet in it and it was clearly free iron. I flushed it multiple times and it is coming from the hot water line. So, there are major corrosion issues in the hot water system. Compared to pricing with other hotels in Wendover it could be awesome if that water issue was addressed.
