I’ll just say this to the owner if you’re going to spend all that money refurnishing the place, painting, etc. (PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HIRE SOME REAL CLEANING PEOPLE) THEY SUCK……I was put in one room it was nasty to be put in another room that was just as nasty, they aren’t wiping things down or sweeping or mopping the floors were gross I couldn’t even sit down on the chair at the desk it was so nasty with hair and food particles all over it plus the food splatter on the desk!!!!!

Solo trip. My destination was just an hour and a half from the hotel, but I was extremely tired. The staff was wonderful, the bed was awesome. The breakfast options were sparse and disappointing, with no protien, and no decaf coffee, but not a deal breaker for me. I could have gone to the Waffle House about a mile away, if I hadn't been ready to get back on the road. I didn't stop because of the free breakfast, I needed a comfortable room and a safe place to spend the night. My room was perfect.

A disappointing stay... They do not have an elevator and I could not bring my bags up, so they switched me from a 2nd floor King room to a 1st level double. The double was dirty, smelled bad, and I could hear screaming children. There was also the smell of weed coming from the room next door. I ended up switching back to the upstairs room. Thankfully the desk clerk was kind and carried my bags up the stairs for me. That room was 'mostly' clean. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the pillows were great. However, they had an air freshener tucked into the ac/heater that gave me a headache that kept me up a good part of the night. In the AM, I showered. The water pressure was okay, but the water only heated to lukewarm at best. The bathroom lock stays locked, so might be an issue. I began bringing my items to my car before checkout and when I came back to my room found 2 employees in there. They seemed to be cleaning crew and could not seem to understand that I was still checked into the room. I had to finally be firm and say "get out" repeatedly to get them to leave. Very uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.
