Quality Inn Wenatchee/Leavenworth

The new manager Pradip is awesome. He really has a passion for service and wants to turn this place around! My room was perfect, the staff was attentive and kind and although there is construction going on around the location it is still easily accessible.

If you want to get your deposit back dont expect it from corporate or the hotel. I still haven't received my money back and the room stunk like cat pee.

I recently stayed at this location over the weekend with some friends. I chose this hotel in specific because I have stayed here many times before and had no problems other than an un-reset room. I reserved my room online, and when I arrived to check in at the hotel they could not locate my reservation. which I thought was odd, but I did not hold it against the staff because it was booked through third party. there I made a walk-in reservation and after about 20 minutes I got my room key and showed to my room by the very kind receptionist. however, the following morning I called from my room at about 8am asking to extend my stay one more night, I also confirmed that I could do this via phone call and asked if I needed to go down, I was told that it could be done over the phone. I was told my stay was extended and my card had been charged. I left at about 11:30 to run some errands and was gone not even two hours. when I returned my key card wasn't working so I went to get it reactivated, when I got up to my room, all my belongings I had left there were gone and the room was reset. when I went down to the front desk I was told they did n to know where my stuff was and that I never payed for another night.. even though my card was charged. some of my things were returned to me, the rest I still do not have. the general manager Pradip, behaved disgustingly unprofessional. he asked questions about the amount of beds in my room like it was an inconvenience for me to have them although I had other guests with me, talked to me as if I was a child, refused to refund me, and when I let him know I was going back up to retrieve my purse and other bag I had just put in the room when I got back, yelled at me telling me he was going to call the cops and to never come back. I'm not sure if he behaved this way because I am young, a woman, and or he was mad he got caught. I called today to see if there was an update on my belongings, but was shut down, not listened to and dismissed by Pradip yet again. my stuff is gone and while its replaceable it is frustrating. and I am most distraught by the way I was treated. but I will never be returning. my things were stolen, I was treated hostile, talked down to and this situation was never even attempted to be made right by the hotel itself. its sickening that when your job thrives on customer service, this is how you treat your customers. I can only imagine how poorly the employees are treated.
