Manon at reception and Louise at lunchtime! Manon is super friendly at reception and has an amazing memory for regular customers, and Louise makes the best lunches. Not to mention how kind they both are to the customers! I'm a regular for a reason, and that's without even mentioning how clean the place is! Excellent, I highly recommend it!

I recommend this hotel, but don't have high expectations and you shouldn't be too disappointed. It's very clean and the staff is courteous, but it's not a luxury hotel. The mattresses are much less comfortable than those in many other hotels I've stayed in. They feel like cheap, basic mattresses. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, but they still have separate baths/showers, which is much less common in newer hotels. The soundproofing could be better. The pool is okay; the water was nice and clear, contrary to several recent reviews I've read. The breakfast buffet is basic but quite good. However, I recently visited the Quality Inn in Lévis, where the buffet was far superior to this one (much more choice). I noticed a smell of stale cigarettes a few times in the hallway on our floor; it might have been strong-smelling guests, but it seemed to be coming from the carpets and walls. For a quick 2-night stay it's okay, but this hotel lacks warmth….
